Hi Team,
I have ordered 2 Wolphin Kitchen Wall Sticker on 27th october 2021 and it has mentioned delivery date of 31st october 2021.
The order was not dispatched till 29th october so raised the concern with Amazon Customer executive through chat service. The amazon customer executive Mr. shriniket mentioned that don’t worry it will get delivered by mentioned date i.e.31st october2021. I also asked him to give reminder to the seller to dispatch order soon but he mentioned me that don’t worry you will get your order by 31st october only.
Today is 01st nov 2021 and when i again asked concern with the customer executive Aayush . he said that order delivery date is now 5th nov 2021. Amazon has change delivery date without even informing me. He said we cannot do anything. Then i asked him i want to escalate this. Then he took my no. And i got call from Amazon team.
I told the whole scenario to Saurabh from Amazon team and I told him that this is very irresponsible behaviour of Amazon team and also the seller. How would you compensate? then he mentioned they can’t do anything and I will just have to wait when i asked him to raised complaint about this then he mentioned your complaint is generated and the issue will be escalated. When I asked him about the complaint no. He told me that let me check in system and then he put my call on hold for 2 min then he told me that complaint no. Is not yet generated you will get the complaint no. in 24 hours. When I asked him to give this details on mail he mentioned I can’t and connect me with his supervison Abhinav(name not remember exactly). His supervisor told me then i again explained him all the things then he mentioned that we cannot do anything and you will have to wait for your order and he also said that there is no way currently in Amazon to generate complaint and escalate.he told me that he cannot do anything not even can generate complaint and cannot mail me details of conversation.
Amazon is the world no. 1 e commerce company how can there is no mechanism of generating complaint and escalating issue.
Every customer executive is saying different things. No one knows the process, things correctly. Everyone is just misleading the customer.
I want that Amazon should take strict action on All the amazon executive especially on that supervisor who spoke to me at the end and also on the seller . And it is responsibilty of Amazon to always put correct details and if there is any case then inform customer which didn’t happened in my case i had raised the concern but I didn’t get any help from the useless Amazon team of customer service executives.
Please let me know how would you compensate this and what action will be taken against all involved in this.
