I have given a pre paid order for purchasing yoga met from shopclue , company assure me deliver the order on 15.07.2020 but when i check status of my order on line system shows the order has been delivered on 15.07.2020. I enquire about my order from my family members but they refuse that they have not received any order. After this i complained in shopclue support on ,16.07,17.07,21.07,25.07,31.07.2020 but all of my complained closed by the support section without telling me and without resolve the complaint after this i enquire the corrier partner of shopclue the told me that i shoud lodge complaint with shop clue they can not resolve the problam I again mail at shopclue.com ang lodge my complaint ,they assure me that they are meking investigation and resolve the problam upto 07.08.2020 but after thd given date the problem is as it is not resolve My order no is 186633528
