I have placed on order in Amazon for a badminton racket. The order is showing as delivered but I didn’t receive the order. I called the Amazon customer care they said that I have confirmed that the package has been received which I didn’t. They have closed the complaint and said that they can’t do anything about this and gave me another complaint mail ID and asked me to file a complaint at that mail.
