This is in regards to my order no 405-8717085-1135543 that the delivery boy called me on 20 August for delivery and said ‘Ye keh rahe hai House no 201 mein to koi Namrata nhi rehti ‘. My delivery address was #201 GH18 Sector 24 Panchkula. My house was locked as I was not present at the given address so surely he was standing at wrong address. I asked him to go to GH18 (correct address) and hand over the parcel to guard. So it is yet not know whether has given the parcel or not but I have surely not received it and he marked it delivered. Same day I lodged a complaint and customer care said we have to do investigation and the conclusion they have given is that it is delivered. I have neither shared the pin for delivery nor any signature have been done still they are not doing anything. I asked me to connect me with delivery boy,this also is not as per the policy. The item costs 3000/- I need my money back.
