Part of the order was some grocery items including
Garnier Men Face Wash worth Rs 188
Prabhuji Badam Thandai is worth Rs 230
Nivea all in one face wash worth Rs 208
The total cost of the grocery items was Rs 626
This was ordered on the 15th of march and was supposed to be delivered by 17th of March
Got the message that it would be delivered between 6:31 AM and 2:00 PM and the number that was on the message was 02241481201 and some PIN was there for a three-digit
The time went over and it was not delivered to me and I have tried multiple times contacting on the same number on that day as well the other day for which I have attached the screenshot
It was showing marked as delivered on the Flipkart portal the other day but no message for the Grocery items being delivered to me was sent on my mobile number
I have then raised a complaint with the Flipkart team two times, the first time it was stated to be a callback or a resolution is arranged for a certain date, and on the date, they closed the complaint informing resolved without informing me
Then again contacted Flipkart, again the date of 24th was given for 24th of march, on 23rd of the march today when I am writing this complaint now it went closed stating it is resolved
Contacted Flipkart again the agent and then she told me she is transferring a call to the manager but then disconnected the call on my face
Contacted again a few hours ago and then finally I was transferred to a manager and she again asked me to wait till 28th for the third time
This has been ongoing for a while now and for which I am raising a complaint as it seems they are harassing me for the past couple of days without no fault of mine
The order was not delivered either to me or to my neighbors or to anyone otherwise every time an item is delivered it is sent on an SMS to me but it was not and the delivery guy was not even picking up the call
I am being totally harassed by the services of Flipkart and would please request the team to get this immediately prioritized and resolved
