I had order iphone13 128 GB at 23rd May , order supposed to delivered by 26 may , and 26th may i got code from flipkart and then i called to the delivery boy then he said sir i dont have ur order, Ekart has assigned wrongly to me,your order will deliver by tomorrow. Now tomorrow can and going to finish but order not delivered yet and on website is pop up ” NOTE: As per your request, order delivery has been rescheduled and couriers will now attempt delivery in the next 72 hours. ”
I have requested with in 12 hours
I dont know why they are not delivering , They dare wasting my time and money . I have ordered the phone on credit card , credit card making interest day by day and flipkar is not delivering the order. who will pay that interest amount of credit card .
More then 14 time called to customer care and they are say only one line “we understand and we will try” . If they are trying then order should deliver anyhow by today but no one is taking this serious .
