I had placed my 1st order (Order No-15968096849065546A, Invoice no- 329016020500392) on jiomart for few grocery item through the Jiomart app on 7-Aug-20 when the expected delivery date was 9-Aug-20. However the order was not delivered on 09-Aug-20 and I did not receive any communication from the team regarding the delay.
Since the 9-Aug-20 each day I check the status and they display the next say as expected delivery, Even today its showing expected delivery as 13-Aug-20.
After my email on 12-Aug-20 to you people the order status was changed from pending to Delivered. Upon this I called up your toll free number (18008901222) who mentioned that my complain has been registered they are looking into the matter.
Post this yesterday on 14-Aug-20 I got a call from (ph – 9082678336) claiming to be from Jiomart mentioning that there has been some technical issues for all order before 8-Aug-20 and my order has been cancelled and I would be refunded the entire amount. I also asked to revert on the email i had sent to cs@jiomart.com, to which he mentioned he will.
Now today I again receive an email from you mentioning that the order has been delivered and my response is that It has not been delivered till now.
Request you to confirm the refund the amount within 2 days as it has been almost 10 day now since you guys are delaying.
This is a waste of my time for a simple order and refund status. I will raise the issue to the consumer court and also on social media and make sure how pathetic your services are.
