I have placed an order on 16th August 2020 for Rs 2004.05/- in Jio Mart for Groceries. The status was changed to Delivered on 20th August, but the order wasn’t delivered to me. I have raised around 10 complaints to Jio Mart Customer Care till date. Every time they end up saying Apologies sir, you complaint has been raised and the refund will be processed in 7 days. I have tried calling them many times. Every time they say the same thing. On 21th September I have asked them to escalate the call to higher authorities and they kept me on hold for 1 hr and No one showed up. Again I have called them on 22nd September. This time they mentioned that you will get a confirmation mail from us about the refund and the amount will be refunded in 24hrs. I haven’t got any Mail or Call from them for confirmation. Today I have called them again and the customer executive said that her system is not working please call us after 30 mins.
I don’t understand why they are playing games and wasting the customers time. This is not the way to treat the customers. I have also seen the same cases faced by other customers also. Is it a Scam? More how many customers have to face this issue? This has to be stopped. I am really disappointed with Jio Mart.
This has to be escalated to higher authorities and an action should be taken. I want my refund back as soon as possible.

Did u get ur refund after raising complain… actually I m also facing same to sam prob… really highly frustrated from jiomart
