I placed order from Zomato in Dominos pizza on 7th September, but the order was cancelled. But in Zomato they mentioned that the order was delivered. When I contacted Zomato they said only Dominos can initiate refund. Then I raised a ticket, and the concerned store manager of Dominos contacted me. I contacted the store manager for the third time, and they said they cannot initiate refund since it is an order made through Zomato. Who is going to provide me refund either Domino’s or Zomato. And it’s already been a month.
