I have ordered (22099932) cake and bouquet on 28th April and they charged 150 Rs extra to deliver before 2PM. After payment completion they emailed and saying need extra 150 Rs due to delivery address is far and I made a payment for that. They haven’t delivered my order and no response to calls and phones.
I would like to request a refund of my payment.
I appreciate your attention to look into this matter and do needful. They were many people effected so, please take some necessary action on this ‘indiacakes.com’.
