I have ordered groceries on Flipkart on 31st March, which was to be delivered by 2nd April, ordered is neither delivered nor allowing me to cancel the order. Multiple calls still no update, nor cancelling the order, saying order can be cancelled, means I dont get ordered, nor refund.
Order was done from my mother account.
