Same thing happened with me I ordered on 12th October. It was said to be delivered on 24th first of all that is a long wait and 2nd I could check that the ecom express delivery partner hasn’t moved my order after 13th October it is at a place called Nokha so I contacted Ajio through their email because there is no proper contact details.
The number is bogus, The Ajio email responded with the auto email saying we will see your email in 48+ hours seriously? First of all no proper contact number and when a customer emails this is what they get, then they responded saying that I will get the order on given time but guess what it did not and on the delivery website it still has not moved.
We cannot even cancel it because it says has been already shipped but how is it our fault it is their fault but they are just useless and fraudsters
