I had ordered foor through Zomato on 2nd Order no :1570710538, I had ordered from App i had called up twice the delivery guy as he was late for order delivery and he confirmed that he has multiple orders , I was chatting with the customer service executive as the order was taking more than an hour to deliver , and to my utter surprise the order wa cancelled and when i insisted for my refund , They stsr giving excuses as your number was un responsive thus we have cancelled the order and there will be no refund.
1) My number was never unresponsive,
2) the address was very much mentioned for the order.
3) i had contacted delivery boy twice and also was in chat with the customer care executive.
I insist your help for getting refund for my order and teach Zomato a lesson so that they are not cheating customers any more
