We have ordered an order from Mac d with order id 3688755806 today at around 11 am of amount Rs 548/-. Our valet name was Naveen with contact no. 9540921053. But after an hour also we have not received our order. Regarding this order we have called that person 20 times but his no. Was not reachable. For this we have called the restaurant 3-4 times, there statement was also same regarding his contact details. And after an hour he cancelled the order complaining that we are not responding. After cancelling the order he called us with abusive language and was laughing. It means he used that order for himself.
For this now we need our money back. It’s not our fault.
Also, we had a chat with zomato also at zomato chat and not getting satisfactory answer. Now, they have charged us cancellation fee also when we have not cancelled it. Please refund as soon as possible.
