I ordered this product on 22nd august and it was supposed to deliver on 25th august. But it came early that is 24th aug. I wanted to cancel the product but there was no option to cancel the order. Delivery boy came and he was about to give me the product but i was not getting the otp as it was a prepaid order, so he took back the product and marked it undelivered… i wanted to cancel the order but There was a return option, by mistakenly i clicked that, then i realised there is no product with me so i cancelled the return request. Its been almost 3 days they are just giving me reasons. They have the product with them as well as my money. They are not refunding my money.
