Text of Complaint by Manoj Chauhan:

I placed an order from Jiomart on 16th Aug after seeing their much advertised independence week offers.

The order was a prepaid order and delivery date showed 18th Aug which kept changing everyday to the next day. It’s been a week and the delivery date is now showing Mon 24th Aug 2020. In between I sent an email which was acknowledged in about 2 days mentioning they have escalated to the concerned team but no resolution yet. On 22nd Aug I contacted their customer care and they said that if the order is not delivered by 23rd Aug , 12:00 PM then they will help cancel the order as there is no provision to cancel the order by customer online.

As expected the order did not get delivered by the said date and time and now I am neither able to reach their customer care number.

I have resent them an email to cshead@jiomart.com but basis experience am not expecting any response or resolution soon. Need help in getting refund of my amount of Rs.1800 asias Jiomart is unable  to deliver the products on time
