I placed an order for a mobile cover from Gadget Loops and completed the payment successfully.
However, even after one full week, I have not received my product, nor have I been provided with any proper delivery tracking or status update from their side. The order status still shows no progress, which creates serious concern.
I have tried contacting the company multiple times for clarification and support, but there has been no response from their customer service team. This lack of communication, along with failure to deliver the product after receiving payment, appears to be misleading and fraudulent in nature.
Because of this, I am feeling cheated and mentally harassed as a customer. I request immediate action against the seller, either by delivering my product as promised or issuing a full refund without further delay.
