Subject: Non-Delivery of Order and customer Troubled
Dear Flipkart Team,
I hope this email finds you well.
I am writing to bring to your attention that I have not yet received my order placed on 28th September 2024. The order ID is (OD432435544810973100). Despite multiple follow-ups, my issue has not been resolved. I was informed by your team that I should place a new order, which raises a serious concern for me.
My question is, why should I place a new order when I already placed one on 28th September? Additionally, the product price has now increased, and I do not wish to pay the excess amount. I placed the order for Rs. 673, and I expect to pay the same amount, as that was the agreed price.
I feel that I have been inconvenienced and harassed by the continuous lack of resolution from your team. I kindly request that you process my old order at the old price and deliver the product as soon as possible. Furthermore, I would appreciate compensation for the trouble caused.
