I had placed the order at 8:33pm. Around 8:55pm, the status of the order changed to “ready to be shipped”. The order is yet to be delivered. I have reached out to the help section, but got no response to my texts. I had also reached out to the restaurant that has confirmed that the order can’t be delivered because there is no ride around. Please take needful action, as this is the second time I have faced such issue.
