I placed my order on 27th March 2024 for 2 packs of 4 baby soap on which i am supposed to receive 2 packs containing 2 pieces of soap free as per the offer of buy 1 get 1 on the their website.
The payment was made online via UPI. The order was supposed to be delivered by 3rd April 2024. Their customer care number is fraud. None of their email ids are working. I’ve written them a mail and been notified immediately that the email ids don’t exist. I can’t even track my order. I do keep receiving a message at 9:30 pm since the date of ordering, that my order is out for delivery.
The company has turned fraud.
