I ordered a saree on thameha designs alappuzha through online upi payment method. The product is not dispatched yet. The dispatch time period was 15 days.dispatch time period was over. While i am calling customer care,they are not taking my call. I believe that they are blocked my number. I contacted them in all possible ways ( email, whatsapp) but they are not ready to attend my messages. If they are not ready to deliver my ordered item, atleast they are not ready for the refund.They are fake and irresponsible. There are so many peoples cheated by thameha design. I see them through google review, if i see the Google review before i was ordering it, i will never order from these idiot clothing site.
