I placed a prepaid order in AJIO app. It was suppose to be delivered on 17/11/2023 but didn’t received till now (20/11/2023). While tracking it, it’s showing that the order arrived at the nearest hub and not arranging a delivery. Tried contacting the AJIO customer support and the executive asked me to wait till 24/11/2023, just to know why the delivery is getting delayed.
