I have ordered chicken biryani 2 quantity today (17-09-23) at 12:46. After 2 o’clock also not delivered. So I have contacted customer care I’m asking to cancel the order and make a refund, first they are not ready to cancel and provide. After keep on asking finally they cancelled and refunded. For the time delay around (1:20 hr) they are not ready to provide any compensation anything for Nourishment of the mind. please take action against swiggy they are playing with customers time and feelings.
