My order was prepaid and still the delivery was made some place else by the delivery boy without the otp provided. I raised the complaint on the meesho app on 16 th august it’s been 15 days still there no action on it. Every alternate day I get the same email to wait for 7 days. How long am I suppose to wait. The company should have completed my refund by now or at least given some update as to why such blunder was caused and when can I expect my money back.
