I have ordered washing machine from Amazon on 8th August 2023. My order number is 405-2323220-0225151
Expected delivery date for this order was 18 August 2023 but they have not delivered the order on this date. I got call from delivery agent and they told me that they cannot deliver order to my address and asked me to coller order from their warehouse. When I ordered Amazon committed me to deliver the product at my home address which I have provided them while ordering. Now they have returned the product from their end and remarked as address change. I have not changed my address from my end and the product is cancelled. I have ordered this product for my mother as surprise birthday gift but unfortunately I cannot gift her so I need compensation from Amazon it’s not my fault
