Today order was supposed to deliver, I call delivery agent in the morning to confirm the address. I waited till 9 pm but not delivered, then I chat with Support team they ask me to wait till 10 pm. now order status is customer has returned , I haven’t received any single call or message from delivery agent and he updated the status as customer has returned.i was waiting since morning for order. when I ask to amazon why my order has canceled they don’t have answer. delivery guy has updated wrongly status.
