Dear sir,
Order was placed on 24 june ko monkey 555 mexican cup mop set, (order id – OD42844493326669010).
On 8th june i get call from ekart customer care care. They say that we will not be able to deliver your product to this address. The reason is given when asked. Your pin code and address is incorrect. That’s why the product delivery will not be possible. I made a complaint filpkart customer care, (In3070309454687115965) but on the second day my product was canceled.
The other day I was informed by Flipkart that this order has been canceled by the place seller. You order sem prodect again. I ordered the prodect again. Today I got a call from Ekart on 16th July, again the delivery boy is saying that I will not be able to deliver your product to this address. I want to know this from Filpkart. Every 2-3 days some or the other products from Filpkart keep arriving at my address. Then why these products will not be delivered to the same address. It is with great sadness that I have to inform. If these products are not delivered to my address from Filpkart then I will do legal process. I hope such a situation does not come. I have complained again today whose ID is as follows.(In23071611255985819032) (nagma ali) 18 july today is canceled my order this is not fair
