I have ordered for a smart watch (Fire-Boltt Visionary 1.78 Amoled Bluetooth Calling Smartwatch) from Amazon on 6th June, 2023 and the item was never delivered. On 11th June, 2023 the product was marked as delivered and within a min we raised an online chat complaint from help section of Amazon. Amazon team assured that they have raised an internal complaint and will do an internal enquiry on this. Later they came with an update that product was delivered and no refund was done.
Unfortunately this was not the first time we have faced this issue as we faced similar issue with different items just on the previous order as well.

Also FYI, we reordered the same smartwatch again with faster delivery service by paying extra amount and same day delivery but this time the product was never delivered and it seems the delivery person didn’t wanted to deliver this as the update on shipment tracking was updated incorrectly for 2 consecutive days. Later we cancelled the ordered.
