Purchased clothes for Rs. 553 on June 11th on My Store with website address https://fashionfeestas-1.myshopify.com/ with a promise if Next Day Delivery. Got confirmation from PayUMoney that the merchant KARAN ASHOKBHAI SOLANKI has received payment. However, nothing was delivered. On following up, the website no longer exists. Also, upon asking for a refund from PayUMoney, they are asking me to contact the merchant. I contacted the only available contact option, that is, email ID [email protected], but the mail was undeliverable. Please let me know how I can get my money back.
