I have booked 2 items. Next day I received one packet and one item but my app showed both delivered. Then I contacted Amazon customer care centre they told me to wait till 3 days but i then they give me date till 28/8/2022 for investigation. Then I contacted them and they told me that our system shows this itam is delivered and we can’t give an replacement or refund. I want amazon to refund my money.
