Dear Sir/Madam,

I order one plus 10R phone from Amazon India with exchange offer with amount of Rs.25449.
Amazon attempt to deliver only once after that they didn’t try to attempt to deliver even after I asked customer service more than 10 times and delivery agent to deliver my product
I believe as this amount is not favorable to their agreement, so they try pretend and cancel this order any how. Even their 2 of Custer service agent told me, the phone they deliver is defective and another agent said, they lost the phone in transit, so they want cancel the order and refund the amount
I have all the screenshot and voice record what we discussed with customer service.

I complain here only because, now I need this phone anyway.
