I had placed two orders from zomato on 8 July 2022. one order from pizzahut was delivered by ankur to my address
But another order (order I’d 4180764000 ) from haldiram is not delivered and delivery boy jaivir not even entered into my society and he marked the order as delivered.
I have used my corporate coupon of 1075 rs for haldiram order and rest 35 rs was cod and Delivery person jaivir has submitted the 35 rs by himself and kept the entire order with him and marked the order as delivered so here I am in loss of 1075 rs
Pls find attached my society gate entry register detail and my gate app detail for My flat B802 .
In these you can see ankur entry is there (third last in entry register) but no entry of jaivir who is suppose to deliver haldiram order to me but yet he is claiming and lie he has delivered the order to my address
So for same I had register a compliant to zomato ( ticket ID for the reference is 18759808. ) and I received a reply that they could not do anything.
From the attachment it is clear that jaivir (haldiram delivery from zomato) did not even entered to my society where as ankur (pizza delivery from zomato) has entered .
Pls take necessary action against Delivery person jaivir and refund my money
