I ordered cake around 11:30 pm from Bakers touch to deliver to my cousins place in Vasant Kunj for her birthday . Her address is B1-1834, VK. So when I selected for address they ask for location and Zomato has their own automated address picking sectors for some areas . So it automatically picked sector A-Sector B, Vasant Kunj . But I mentioned complete address in delivery adress option . And then I get a call from delivery person who seemed so drunk didn’t called me earlier when he had doubt and then I called Zomato for assistance person named Shubham assisted and he defended the stupid drunk delivery partner . The order has been declined and not delivered .
