Respected Sir,
I have place pepaid order of Realme 32 inch Led tv on Flipkart on dated 18/04/2022 of amount Rs 8600/- after deducting exchangeable lcd amount and bank credit card schemes . Order id is OD224714245301746000. It is also shipped by Ekart Logistics – FMPP1148837870 on dated 18/04/2052. While placing the order i have also used the exchange offer and selected Samsung lcd tv 26 inch for exchange. Flipkart offer maximum exchange value of lcd Rs 4500/- and assured the delivery date 19/04/22 and installation date 22/04/22. But i have not got the delivery on dated 19/04/22.
On 24/04/2022 after waiting 5 days from 19/04/2022 , delivery agent comes with realme Led tv and checked my returnable samsung Lcd tv. After check he said that your lcd tv is ok as per our norms. But i can not deliver the realme tv in exchange offer because our returns software is not working today. So, he taken back realme led tv with him without delivering me and also assured that he will deliver the product on next day i.e 25/04/2022
On 25/04/2022 again some other delivery agent comes with real me led and goes without delivering me led. He was demanding Rs 4400/- . He was saying your exchange item( Samsung lcd 26 inch) is not showing in our software. His mobile software is not picking up exchange offer. But on dated 18/04/22 , while placing the order in your application , i was directed to pay amount after deducting the exchangeable Lcd amount.
I have talked with Flipkart customer care many times but all the times they are demanding some more times.
All the above process disappointed me a lot . I was not expecting this from a reputed company Flipkart.It’s a bitter and bad experience with Flipkart.
So you are requested to look into this matter seriously and provide the delivery of new led with exchange of my old lcd at the earliest. As it is already very delayed.
