I place an order on 22nd Oct 2021 on Amazon ,Order #: 171-2638958-3873118. By evening I have seen status as delivered , I called to customer care they said it’s going to deliver you tomorrow.
Tomorrow not received the order and called to customer care again, they said die to some problem it’s not delivered, you will get the product in 2 days. Then I called up after 4 days they said I am raising investigation, give call after 4th Nov , then I called amazon customer care on 7th Nov and they said it’s alredy delivered. We cannot do anything.
I haven’t receive the product and called to customer care fr 1st day itself but they haven’t responded properly .
Please help me to get this order.
