I have ordered one product ( raakhi & chocolates) for Rakshanbandhan festival. It was confirmed by Flipkart that product will get delivered by 22nd Aug ( Rakshabandhan) and post that only i made the payment. It supposed to deliver by that but still it is showing arriving today and flipkart team is saying will resolve this issue but i never got any update or no resolution over it. I m highly disappointed and sad as due the bad service of flipkart our rakshanbandhan festival was ruined and unhappy. There is no compensation can be provided for hurting someone’s feelings and festivals. But flipkart is taking this for granted and definitely i wold like to claim for the compensation against this.
