I placed an order on jiomart but order not delivered to me and I app it show delivered. Then I call sazal jiomart staff sec 85 Gurgaon branch and he replied that they received their order return and you received your refund. After that I communicate with him and he replied that finance team handled it. I raised complaint via app or call but no response. Ticket automatically resolved without any resolution.
It’s a big scam of jiomart in favour of small discount offers.
I suggest everyone that they did not purchased any prepaid item from jiomart.
