I placed my order on swiggy at 7:58 PM and the delivery time was 50 minutes. First the delivery partner did not pickup the order and then a new partner was assigned who was very far away from the location. The delivery guy when reached got to know that there was some technical issue and the order was not processed. I waited for 1 hour and they refunded my amount canceled my order and are not compensating for the waiting time. In that duration I could have ordered from a different platform.
