I ordered iQOO Z7s 5G on July 16th 2023 as per the offer available on Amazon on 15th and 16th July
Also with the order I added a exchange pick up for the product with my father’s redmi note 8.
The product was told to deliver on 18th July and the delivery agent contacted me and told to deliver it by afternoon on 18th July,
I live in Mysore and the product was ordered to address in Kerala for my father
When the delivery agent came for delivery,
The old exchange phone couldn’t be turned on as my father mistakenly pressed the volume and power button together and it got rebooted,and my father told the agent to wait for 5 minutes for checking,
Without even waiting for 5 minutes the person left with the package and told to deliver it tomorrow(19th July), after 10 minutes the phone was ok and it turned on, so I immediately contacted the delivery agent,and he hesitated to deliver it and told he is tired and can’t travel back and told to deliver the next working day
But he didn’t deliver that,
And I contacted Amazon customer service and registered a complaint regarding the product not delivered and they also promised to deliver it on the same day at the earliest and it didn’t delivered,
I contacted the customer service people 3 times and it was a waste of time,and they promised to deliver it by 20th July 2023
And morning when I checked the order ,it was returned to seller and need to wait for refund after the product reaches the seller,claiming the product was damaged,
Since I registered a complaint against the delivery agent, I’m pretty sure that he manipulated and made us suffer as we waited for 3 days for the Phone.
