I am reaching out to a wider audience in hope to get some response related to my recent order: OD429360241686131100. I placed this order on 9th October 2023. It was scheduled to be delivered on 16th October. On the night of 16th october, I received a notification that it was delayed till 18th October but the product was not delivered at all. I ordered this to give to someone as a birthday gift and now the occasion has passed. I called the customer support 5 times already and they gave the same answer (We will try to deliver the product). There is no specific answer to when the item will be delivered if it gets delivered or where the product is being held. I even insisted on picking the product by myself from the hub if needed since flipkart cannot deliver. Every time, I request to speak to the escalation team, the call goes to hold and gets disconnected or someone will pick up and say they cannot hear me and hung up.
I sent emails on 19h and still no response from flipkart apart from the automated email. I would like to get an update either to deliver my product or give me the refund with interest since it is a fraudulent activity to hold my money for these many days without giving me the product or the service
