I had ordered one DBC from corner house and the order number was #162408098026 and first time the amount got paid but the order was not placed . Second time the payment was done as well as order got placed and the delivery executive named Najim Uddin did not deliver the order and it said order got delivered whereas we didn’t receive it . I called multiple times and then he picked up and said he’s coming whereas it’s been more than an one hour and we didn’t receive the call . I called the customer support and she addressed the situation well and solved the situation whereas I got refund for the above orders placed
It is not about the money but it is about the scam they are making and what if there’s any emergency and we wait for the product to be delivered and then we don’t get it . This is not the first time . This has been happening a couple of times . I want this person to be held responsible and a serious action to be taken against him by all means . Because this kinda offence is definitely not acceptable because including the customer care i have called the delivery executive n number of times and he did not even respond and it’s been 3 hours now . So please do take this seriously
