My sister had ordered a sofa cum bed from Amazon but due to some reason we have not liked the products, so the same was cancelled and the product was about to be picked by Amazon deliver person by 22-08-2022 which was not done by Amazon giving false reason. We were busy with our work so we had not checked the Amazon app. After 4-6 days I realised that the order was not picked so I checked the status and afterwards I came to know the pick up was canceled by Amazon. So I rescheduled to be picked today but again the same was canceled by Amazon with their rubbish reason. I am getting stressed by this behavior of Amazon. I also called Amazon and after 1 hour I was told that it will be picked tomorrow. This has caused me mental stress and my time has wasted. So I need compensation from Amazon and assurance that this should not happen by Amazon with anybody else.
