WRONG ITEM RECEIVED FROM AMAZON ( Order # 402-9378634-3031558 ) NO APPROPRIATE ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN TO PROVIDE ME MY PRODUCT.
am writing this mail to you regarding the wrong Item received by me from Amazon.in. I have opted for chat to resolve the problem and uploaded the pictures of the Item (Keyboard) received instead of my original Lenovo Tab. I have been called by amazon that an investigation has been done and you have already received the actual item, which i did not receive and that we can not do anything about it, do whatever you want to do ( This is the exact wording of your customer support. I need you to please take disciplinary action against my query and please provide me with my actual order ( Which is Lenovo tablet ).
I am also filing a complaint in the consumer forum. I need you to please take care of this matter as soon as possible, below are the attachments and all docs required and received by me from amazon.
