Dear Team,
Very unfortunate to experience this kind of unethical business practices from a global brand like Amazon and no response when tried to reach.
I placed on order (Order No. 407-0304243-3501911) on 13 February 2025 and supposed to receive that on or before 02:00 PM, 14 Feb 2024.
Order Date: 13 February 2025
Order to be Delivered: on or before 14 February 2025 02:00 PM as per Amazon’s promise (Customer is also Amazon Prime Member)
Order Number: 407-0304243-3501911
Order Amount paid in advance: Rs.31,978
To my surprise, it was not dispatched at all as per the promise made by Amazon. I escalated the same to Amazon’s team many times over phone.
More than 10 times contacted customer care team, and it was very disappointing to say that 9 out of 10 calls were disconnected by them.
Amazon’s customer care team members such as Thadagad, Tulasi, Mayank etc., all gave wrong commitments and shared the same by email also.
Moreover, so many fraudulent and mis-guided statements were promised by them. Mr Mayank (Amazon’s customer care executive) has even sent emails with false commitments.
Amazon’s vendors, suppliers and customer care team members spoiled our day on 14th Feb 2025 by not fulfilling the promise. Let me share them.
On 13th Feb 2025, I planned to gift a mobile to my wife and accordingly placed the order. It was supposed to be delivered on 14 Feb 2025.
Neither received phone nor received refund. I am as good as insolvent temporarily because of Amazon’s negligence and delay in processing.
Now the occasion is over. Since Amazon delayed delayed the order, it is Amazon’s responsibility to refund full money without further delay any more on this.
Amazon should train their customer care team members not to disconnect calls in between and also not to give false commitments by phone and email.
