Hi Team,
I have order a Van Heusen Men’s Blazer at 22nd Jan, 2020.
I have received delivery message at 23rd Jan, 2020, then I have checked delivery with my family members but no-one received the package.
Even delivery boy did not give the call before delivery.
Then at the same day 23rd Jan, 2020 I have raised the complaint regarding this to amazon customer care, they said to me please wait till 30th Jan, 2020 for investigation.
Now on 30th Jan again i contacted the customer care team, they told me that investigation process is completed and according to that, package has been delivered so we can’t do any help regarding this. They also told me go with your consumer rights and file a complain in consumer court because we can’t do anything in this. They are also not aware about the escalation procedure for the same. So, i can not even escalate to any other team.
Requesting your urgent help in this matter.
Please help me in this.
