I have ordered a fossil watch with ref to above order id.but received different model and used product from same company. While delivering the product
the delivery person told that the package was not good.so he done agaian package and deliverd the product o 05.07.2023. When I asked for the replacement of the product, the company is neither replacing the product nor returning product. When I called the customer care, the staff saying that they will not assist in this order.
