Order no 180525413297517 Item not received but Jabong says item delivered many complaints given complaint no 62076697 they are saying (Please note that as per the records, the order has been delivered to you successfully and the same has been confirmed by the logistics team.)
Sent many mails to nodal officer but they are coming up with same answer they have sent POD details which itself shows it is wrong..
POD shows item delivered to Family member were as given address in Official address & it shows delivered @ 21:17 our office closing time is 20:00 & signature is also fictitious.
Kindly help getting my item delivered or my amount refunded
