I have ordered table and I have paid the money but I didn’t got any message from them

There is fraud transaction done to me by PayU merchant under the name Rajender who created fake website by the name of Vaishnani Telesystems and by creating fake email and website ID. The money has been debited by Payu from debit card with transaction number – 14026879911 and amount of Rs. 16671.55. I ordered sound box system and came to know this merchant is fake and immediately I made complaint within 24 hours. Refer to the attatchemnts of confirmation email sent by this fake merchant by email – help@vaishnavitelesystems.com via shopifyemail.com
Kindly find this merchant and refund my money from Payu. I am reporting this matter to Cybercrime control, because Payu India has given bank payment gateway to fraud merchants who charged me money who are fraud and fake. Sir please help me to get my refund from Payu as they are responsible for giving chances to such fraud people without properly investigating their kyc.
