I had ordered glasses on paytm my order no 10387708131. Im dissatisfied with paytm and ecom. The delivery guys were just giving me missed calls, calls of just one ring. In Goa all immigrants and people who dont know to read and write also are emoloyed by courier folks. The delivery partners Ecom, dont even know the difference between two villages. They dont have the right attitude to speak either. It disheartening that you dont get proper service. My ordered was supposed to reach me by 2nd march 2020. The courier co take their leisure time and update today that my order is cancelled. I need an apology. The attitude shown by the courier co is disturbing. With this i will never order anything again on paytm.
