I placed an online order at shein website order was showing delivered but I never got anything so I contacted them for 3 weeks before they responded. Their response was because fedex marked it as delivered there was nothing they could do so I should contact my bank and ask for a charge back. I did it and I sent all the information I had to the bank and they denied the chargeback saying the merchant had a shipping label marked as delivered. I contacted back shein complaining about the whole situation and they told me
To open a claim with fedex which they denied because they said it was an international order so the shipper was supposed to file the claim. I contacted it again shein begging them
To open the claim with fedex and they ignored me completely they didn’t care. So I lost $276.12 and the bank allowed them to scam me. It didn’t matter what proof or document I sent they always sided it with the merchant.
